Clean CRM Data Without the Clean-Up Days.

Agents sweep HubSpot for duplicates, gaps and badly formatted fields. Each fix shows the old value, the new one and the reason. You approve the change.

Example: From Finding to Fixed.

  1. A Scan Finds Problems

A sweep scores your data health and lists the open issues by severity: duplicates, missing owners, bad formats.

The Operations area in Konsil: data health of 64 with open data issues and records flagged, and recommended automations such as finding and merging duplicate companies, each marked that you approve every change.

  2. An Agent Proposes the Fix

Each fix shows the old value, the new one and the reason. Approve it, Edit it first, or Reject it.

A proposal from the Data Quality Agent to update the HubSpot property Company name from Proseware, Inc. (struck through) to Proseware, with the reason that the legal suffix splits it from its duplicate record.
A proposed fix: the exact change, and why.View full screen
  3. It Is Applied & Checked

Approved changes are written to HubSpot and listed in History, so you can see exactly what changed.

Data Health History grouped by day: phone numbers for Priya Nair and Alex Kim reformatted, and the company names Proseware, Inc. and Litware Partners, LLC shortened, each with the old value struck through, the new value, the time, who applied it and the fix type.

The Operations Screens.

Operations has Health and Automations, plus Data Health, Call Triage and History.

Calls Filed in the Right Place

Call Triage matches each call to the right company, so notes don’t land on the wrong record.

  • Calls matched to companies
  • Unmatched calls set aside for a person
Data Health, Call Triage tab: 3 calls awaiting triage, each marked Unmatched with a Choose the engagement menu and a Link call button: Intro call: Wide World Importers, Capacity review with Wingtip Toys and Follow-up: Coho Winery shipping questions.

Agents You Can Keep an Eye On

The Health tab shows which agents ran, which stalled, and any open process alerts.

  • How each agent is running
  • Process alerts when something stalls

Limits You Set

Automation Settings hold the kill switch and the caps on how many records a job may touch.

  • One switch stops every job
  • Caps per job
Automation Settings: the Auto-apply safety panel marked Active with a Kill switch button, caps of 500 changes per run and 10 percent of an object type, and portal conventions for default country and phone extensions.

What Agents Can Do in Operations.

Reads

Agents look. Nothing changes.

  • HubSpot companies, contacts and deals
  • Properties and workflows
  • Call notes

Proposes

Agents draft. It waits in the Review queue.

  • Merging duplicate records
  • Owner assignments
  • Field fixes and formats
  • Process alerts

Waits for a Person

None of this happens without Approve.

  • Every merge
  • Every delete
  • Every other change, unless you opt a job into safe fixes

Opt-in only: a job set to apply safe fixes makes non-destructive changes without a click. Every job starts set to propose, and merges and deletes always wait for a person.
